1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you visit CAXFlix, create an account, search the catalogue, submit a movie request, rent a movie or buy streaming access. By using CAXFlix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CAXFlix is operated by Caxess Corporation, based in Minsk, Republic of Belarus, and provides title-by-title digital streaming access. For help with these terms or an order, email [email protected]. Formal legal notices must be sent to 227 Law at [email protected].
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account or paid-access session. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been used without permission.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use CAXFlix with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Viewers are responsible for observing a title's age rating and deciding whether it is suitable for their household.
3. Personal viewing only
Your rental or purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream the selected movie for private, personal viewing only.
Commercial and public screenings are prohibited. You must not show CAXFlix movies in cinemas, pubs, clubs, schools, hotels, workplaces, transport, public venues, ticketed events, promotional events or any other commercial or public setting without separate written permission from the relevant rights holder.
You must not copy, download unless an authorised download feature is provided, record, rebroadcast, restream, distribute, sell, lend or share a movie or paid-access link. You must not bypass the paywall, interfere with security controls, discover or share private storage links, or use automated tools to extract protected content.
4. Rentals and purchases
The price, access type and any access period are displayed before payment. Rental access is normally available for 48 hours, subject to the details shown at checkout. “Buy” means ongoing personal streaming access through CAXFlix while the service and title remain available; it does not transfer ownership of the movie, copyright or a downloadable master copy.
Content may be changed or withdrawn where licences expire, rights change, a legal or security issue arises, or continued supply becomes impracticable. Where this materially affects paid access, contact support and we will consider the appropriate remedy, without affecting your statutory rights.
5. Payments
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Available cryptocurrency payments use the currency, wallet, network and amount displayed at checkout. You are responsible for selecting the correct network and sending the exact amount to the displayed address before the payment window expires.
Access is granted only after payment is confirmed. A pending, underpaid, expired, reversed or unconfirmed payment does not create viewing access. Do not send a second payment without contacting support if a payment appears delayed.
6. Cancellations, faults and refunds
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law. Digital streaming access may begin immediately after payment. Cancellation rights can differ once digital content has begun, but this does not remove your rights where content is faulty, unavailable or not as described.
If you paid for a title and cannot access it, contact [email protected] with the movie title, payment method and order reference. Never email a full card number, password, private key or wallet recovery phrase.
7. Service availability and acceptable use
We aim to keep CAXFlix available and secure, but uninterrupted operation on every device or connection cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, security events and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
Do not misuse the service, probe restricted routes, attempt unauthorised access, overload search or checkout systems, upload malicious material, commit fraud, infringe rights, or use CAXFlix unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, payments or the service.
8. Intellectual property
CAXFlix branding, site design, software and catalogue presentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Movie rights remain with their respective owners and licensors. No rights are granted except the limited personal streaming permission expressly described in these terms.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. CAXFlix is supplied for consumer use, so we are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, commercial screening losses or uses that breach these terms.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service, payment methods or law changes. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus and, subject to mandatory law, disputes are within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Belarus, with venue in Minsk. Any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live continue to apply.
